CROWN CLUB / DINE AND DANCE CORONADO
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

I understand that participation in Crown Club, also known as Dine and Dance Coronado, is voluntary. I agree to assume all risks related to attending and participating in this event, including but not limited to dancing, walking, socializing, and any other event activities.
I release and hold harmless Crown Club, Dine and Dance Coronado, its organizers, volunteers, hosts, venue, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or related to my attendance or participation in this event.
I understand that alcoholic beverages may be available at this event. I accept full personal responsibility for my own alcohol consumption and behavior. If I consume alcohol, I agree that I am solely responsible for arranging safe transportation for myself. This includes using a designated driver, rideshare service, taxi, or other safe means of transportation if I am unable to drive safely. I understand that Crown Club / Dine and Dance Coronado is not responsible for providing transportation or supervising my departure from event.
By purchasing a ticket for this event, you acknowledge and agree to this Release of Liability and Responsibility Agreement.
