About the event

Menu Selection:

  • Meat: Beef Wellington filet mignon wrapped in puff pastry with mushrooms and shallots, fingerling potatoes, brussel sprouts with bacon
  • Fish: Seared seasoned salmon served with creamy lemon dill sauce, fingerling potatoes, brussel sprouts with bacon
  • Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan, fresh mozzarella slices, sautéed red peppers and onions, blended Romesco sauce with black olives
